We never use sulfites, sulfates, silicones, parabens, or artificial scents.Ingredients: Olive oil, Fresh brewed coffee, Coconut porter ale, Apricot kernel oil, Lye, Coconut oil, Shea butter, Sunflower oil, Grapeseed oil, Palm kernel oil, Essential oils, Sodium lactate, Castor oil, Oatmeal, Raw cane sugar.We only use sustainably harvested palm oils in our recipes. Lye is used for saponification; none remains in the finished product.Directions: Lather, wash, rinse. Use daily. Store on a draining soap dish between showers so it lasts longer.
