It'll be a surprise every time! Each tassel is handmade by Penguin & Fish staff from our Pocket Skeins embroidery floss. Every now and then we will have floss skeins that aren't quite perfect to put into kits. Sometimes the labels are ripped, missing, or incorrectly named. So, instead of tossing them, we've decided to upcycle them into tassels for these fun bookmarks!
