Each individual floret displays a distinctive cruciform shape that gives the blooms a textural dimension absent in other paniculatas, and the color progression unfolds from the base of each panicle upward, opening creamy white with a lime-green tint before flushing to watermelon pink, then bright pink, and finally deepening to a rich berry red as fall approaches. Growing six to eight feet tall and five to six feet wide with a strong, upright habit, Quick Fire Fab carries its heavy blooms on sturdy stems that resist the flopping common in many large-flowered paniculatas.
