Originally from John Navazio's seed stock. This tried-and-true lettuce can't be beat. Planting Instructions: Sow outdoors in early spring or late summer/early fall, or summer in shade, every 3 weeks. Keep evenly moist until germinated. Seed Saving Instructions: Allow most vigorous and tastiest plants to bolt & flower. Collect seed when white fluffs form from the flowerheads. Store seeds in a paper or mesh bag in a cool, dark and dry location. Approx 400 seeds/packet Also offered in bulk (contact us for quantities larger than what is listed)
