Succulent cuttings are also great for crafts like wreaths, wall hangings, succulent pumpkins, and more. You generally hot glue moss onto your craft piece and then hot glue the succulents onto that. They will live like this for months before you need to replant them. Once the end of the cuttings are dry, you can stick them in your regular succulent soil mix and wait a week or so to water. Care: Plant the cuttings in cactus soil and wait a week or more before watering regularly. Make sure the cut ends are completely dried, or calloused, over before putting them in soil. Peak growth season: Spring /Fall Dormant: Summer Propagation: Propagate from cuttings during growth season, Fall is ideal. Water when soil is dry to the touch. Will require less water in the Summer.
