If you're not sure, please feel free to email with a link to the fabric (or a photo), and we'll advise on the correct amount to purchase. A directional print is when the design looks different when you turn the fabric. You can have one way prints (all the flowers pointing up, for example), 2 - way (flowers both up and down), and easiest of all, 4 - way, where the print looks the same from any direction.
