With row cover, cold frame or hoophouse, komatsuna can be grown year-round. Grown by Groundwork in Paonia, CO. Planting Instructions: Plant Komatsuna mustard seeds in early spring or late summer/early fall, 1/4-1/2" deep. Thin to 12" apart. Seed Saving Instructions: Allow vigorous, tasty plants to bolt and go to seed. Collect seed when brown pods easily crumble in your hand. Store seeds in a paper or mesh bag in a cool, dark and dry location. Approx 200 Komatsuna Mustard seeds per packet
