Cutting - Epiphyllum oxipetalum 'Queen of the Night' - 4-6"

cactus blooms dramatic white flowers at night only. It has gorgeous bright green wavy leaves that can grow to 12" long. This plant is an ideal indoor house plant since these types of plants are relatively easy to grow. To root this cutting, we recommend letting it sit upright in a pot until some roots start to shoot out. Then plant it in succulent soil and wait a few days to water. Don't water again until the soil is completely dry to the touch. It will grow new branches off of the newly rooted leaf and eventually be a full plant for you. These plants are relatively fast growing. Epiphytic plants love humidity and get a lot of their moisture and nutrients from the air. Plant Care: Peak growth season; Spring / Autumn Dormant: Summer Propagation: Take cuttings during growth season, Spring is ideal. Some morning sun okay, lots of unfiltered light. Water when soil is dry to the touch. Will require more water in the Summer.
