It sinks in rather than sitting on top, and skin feels cushioned and comfortable afterwards instead of tight. Because there is no water in the bottle, there is nothing in it that needs preserving. It is made in small batches in Idaho, on the same farm as the bars, by the same two hands. Sensitive and fragrance-prone skin generally does well with it — as with anything new, patch test on your inner arm first.
