These seeds will take 10-14 days to germinate and 40-45 days to mature in good conditions. They benefit from cold stratification. Keep plants 9-12” apart, full sun is ideal, keep soil slightly moist, make sure that soil is well-draining. You should be able to harvest the first leaves in 60 days, and keep the plants trimmed to prevent flowering which will keep the leaves tasting their best.
