engraving the retro, mid-century modern design into 1/2" pieces of birch plywood by our computer controlled CNC machine - creating a wonderful, clean look and texture element. Next, the panels are then hand-painted in a rich palette of dark walnut, dark green, light green, natural stain, and ivory using a unique watercolor technique. Hand painting each order in this way makes each piece a one-of-a-kind piece of art that you could never find in mass-produced artwork in a store! After being painted, we apply a topcoat to provide protection from small scratches and damage. The panels are then framed by hand and stained using a rich, custom brown stain which anchors the art and enhances the beauty. Included on the back of each panel are two alligator tooth hangers and are ready to mount on your wall! Because each piece of wood is different - the exact colors and grain of the wood will differ from piece to piece, making it a true one-of-a-kind work of art. The posted pictures are examples of the finished design and coloration.
