Why Salvador? : More people of African descent live in Brazil than in any other country outside of Africa, and in many Brazilian cities and towns, there remains a strong connection to African culture and traditions. No where is this more true than in Salvador da Bahia. Salvador is vivacious, spirited, self-respecting and bold. Tiffany's many trips to Salvador were some of her first trips abroad, and were incredibly formative, deepening her understanding of Diaspora, and situating her within a global context. It's why we wanted to pay tribute to this amazing city, and country, through scent.
