At Redhead Creamery, water flows to judicial ditch 1, branch 12, fork 6, then the unrelated North Fork Crow River which Highway 55 follows to Paynesville, then meanders through the countryside to Rockford. There, it joins the Crow River, which heads northeast to join the Mighty Mississippi in Dayton. The land is different, people are different but the appreciation for the quality is the same. This bourbon was born at Ida Graves, and aged in cheese caves at Redhead Creamery. Both are on the west ridge of the Upper Mississippi basin.
