on the weather. Fall wildflower honey is great for general use, baking, and adding a special flavor to your food. NEVER HEATED or strained. This honey will contain small pieces of beeswax capping’s, pollen and propolis. These products are produced by the bees and usually float to the top of the jar when it is bottled. The honey will be finely crystallized, with a smooth, creamy texture. Very spreadable! The Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the National Honey Board recommend that honey not be given to babies younger than one year of age.
